Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at AussyStyle! We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our return and refund policy so you know what to expect.
1. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused and with original packaging).

You must provide a photo of the defect or damage when requesting a return so we can review it.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return or refund:

Email us at alexander.borg07@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief reason for the return.

We will review the request and reply with instructions.
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping
If your refund request is approved because of a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
In all other cases (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that are used, worn, or no longer in original condition

Items without original packaging

Custom, personalised, or perishable items
5. Exchanges
If you need an exchange (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or model), please contact us at alexander.borg07@gmail.com to check availability and options.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it was approved, please check with your payment provider first. If you still have issues, contact us and we’ll help you track it.
